Here are the four essential steps that make up the process of cleaning up your credit reports. These steps are repeated until you are satisfied with the results. Step 1: We examine your credit reports. You begin by forwarding copies of your credit reports to us from all three of the major credit bureaus. Keep in mind that the credit bureaus will only correspond directly with you, not your credit repair firm. These updated reports are crucial for us to see which items were removed successfully. Someone from our firm will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your reports. Once we receive your credit reports our experts enter the information into our database. Using our online Dispute Valet service you choose which items to dispute. This is an easy process that involves simply checking off items you wish to dispute. There are helpful guides that will bring you through the process. Step 3: Your Credit Specialists works your case. Your Credit Specialists begins to dispute your items by using its arsenal of credit report repair strategies and experienced staff to challenge negative items directly with the credit bureaus. Depending on the number of negative items on your credit reports this step will be repeated for each subsequent loop through the cycle. Step 4: Sit back and wait for results. The credit bureaus have a reasonable amount of time usually 30 days to investigate your dispute. After that, they must inform you of the results of their investigation, update your credit report and send you a copy of the updated report. It usually takes 45 days between the day we send a dispute and you receive an updated report. When you receive a response from a bureau, make a copy of the updated report for your records then send the original to Your Credit Specialists to move your case forward.
